We know how inconvenient and time consuming it can be to be on regular repeat medications.
yourrepeats.com is a free new service available to the patients of any surgery in the UK. This website is all you need to place orders for repeat prescriptions. There is no charge for using this service.
You will also be able to select whether you wish to have your medication delivered free to your door or whether you wish to collect your medication from the pharmacy.
Your previous orders are stored to make ordering easier next time.
You can now order your medicines whenever you want.
We will even send you an e-mail, if you wish, to remind you when you need to order your medicines next time.
Registration is easy. Ordering your medicines is easy. We only ask that you allow five working days for your medication to be ready.
yourrepeats.com will send your order to your surgery. The surgery then approves and prescribes your medicine. Once your prescription is ready the pharmacy will collect it for you from the surgery and dispense your medicines.
Your repeat medicines, safe and convenient
Every effort has been made to ensure that this website is secure and to protect your confidentiality, in excess of recommended standards. No information will be exchanged with any third parties other than your nominated surgery.
Our service is available to all patients fully registered with any GP in the UK.
Please type your order exactly as it appears on your surgery repeat slip or we may not be able to process your request.
We provide the option to send your surgery or the pharmacy a message with your prescription order. This can be used, for example, to request extra supplies if you are going on holiday. It should not be used for any queries that do not relate to your prescriptions.
You have the option of having your medicines delivered, either to your home or to any other address in the UK.
If your delivery address is in the Aberystwyth area, we will deliver your prescription via one of our delivery vans. If you are not on the standard delivery route your prescription will be delivered by Royal Mail, first class recorded service.
You must be present in person to take delivery of your medicines and you may be asked for photo ID.
If you are not available when your medicines are delivered we will leave you a message asking you to telephone us to make alternative arrangements. If that is not possible we will telephone you or send you an e-mail asking you to contact us.
Delivery times are between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. If you cannot guarantee being present to receive your delivery, it would be best to choose to collect your medicine from the pharmacy.
Prescription charges for medicines delivered
Prescription charges, if you are not exempt, can be made over the telephone to the pharmacy using a debit or credit card.
If, for some reason, Borth Pharmacy or the surgery is unable to process your request, they will endeavour to contact you directly by e-mail or by telephone as soon as possible.
