Prescriptions to your doorstep

1. How long will my order take?

Please allow five working days from when you placed the order to have the prescription delivered.

2. How will my prescription be delivered?

If you live in the Aberystwyth area and live on one of our delivery routes, your prescription will be delivered by one of our delivery vans.

If you live further afield your prescription will be delivered by Royal Mail, first class recorded service.

3. What if I am not in when the item is delivered?

If you are on our delivery routes we will put a note through the door to say we have tried to deliver and you will need to contact Borth Pharmacy on 01970 871225 to arrange re-delivery. Your prescription will be returned to the pharmacy.

If your prescription is being delivered via Royal Mail they will put a note through the door and you will have to collect your prescription from your local Royal Mail office or call them and arrange re-delivery.

4. Can anyone use to order their prescription?

Yes. As long as you live in mainland UK and have an NHS doctor.

5. What if I pay for my prescriptions?

When you enter your postcode, the site will ask for your exemption details if you live outside Wales. If you pay, simply call Borth Pharmacy on 01970 871225 and prescription charges can be paid over the phone by all main credit/debit cards.
